Yes, a non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure your session at the time of booking. Deposit payments go towards your full service price.

Photography: There is a $50 fee for every half hour over the scheduled time set. Videography: There is a $115 fee for every hour over the scheduled time set. Yes of course, there is an additional $8 per photo for every picture wanted. Any additional exceeding 5 edits will be $6 per photo. All payments can be made at Make a Payment.

If your session must be cancelled OR rescheduled, please do so 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No shows will be charged the full amount of the session & prohibited from booking future appointments. If the session is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. For any session that needs to be rescheduled and there isn’t a date that works well in the foreseeable future for both parties; the deposit can be used for another service, used as a gift card, or be used at a later date.

We stay true to the scheduled shoot date until 48 hours of the date. You have the option to reschedule the session to another date that works best for you and K3MMG. The weather policy applies for the new rescheduled date.

We travel extensively all over working with capturing special moments and working with brands. You would be responsible for travel expenses and lodging if deemed necessary. Any location outside of a 30 mile radius of the Hampton Roads Area is subject to a travel fee of $0.50/per mile round-trip, which will be added to the total balance for the session. Sometimes we are in areas for a period of time and can potentially schedule your session around the same time, we try to be as flexible as we can with your schedule. After you have filled out the interest contact form, you are more than welcome to send inspiration screenshots of ideas you may want your vision to be similar to. In general if you have someone with you that always is good, they can help you with dressing, holding your bags.

Overall, it will take 1-3 weeks to return deliverables unless otherwise discussed. Generally, all deliverables will be sent via Google Drive,otherwise discussed. You will not need a Gmail account to access the deliverables.

If you are experiencing any symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, headache, sore throat) prior to our session, please be sure to contact us so an alternative can be arranged. During the session, there will be minimal to no contact. You can have three additional people that can be present to assist in regards to adjusting minor details such as hair, helping with poses, etc. feel free to bring them. You can find them sometimes at a fireworks store or online such as: eBay.com ,smokeeffect.com, ansgear.com, and shutterbombs.com. For the Richmond, Virginia area https://hullstreetoutlet.com/ is a local store that generally carries smoke bombs. Enola Gaye brand is what I usually work with and have been working with lately.

Below you will find multiple links on how they are used and how the outcome can potentially be. The smoke bombs do not get messy or stain if they are not pointed directly at you, which we avoid completely. When working with them we have yet to see it get on anyone’s clothing. We usually have the clients hold it above their head,sitting on the ground and they walk through the smoke, or have the smoke behind them.
